Returns & Exchanges
Returns will be accepted if contact is made within 14 days upon receipt, in exchange for another item (or items), or for store credit. If the return is due to a defect in the product, a full refund will be issued upon return and inspection of the item(s). Shipping charges for returned/exchanged items, each way, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be in the SAME CONDITION as they were received. No credit or refund or exchange will honored for any items that have been washed or smell heavily of perfume or smoke.
No refunds will be issued for items that do not fit, if they are the same as the specs on the product page. They can only be returned for store credit or another item. So, please consult the size charts carefully, or contact me with any questions about fit!
Returns/exchanges usually take longer to process, so please be patient with the whole process and feel free to contact me at any time to check on the status.
