Hi, I'm Noëlle Burke — the artist and screen printer behind Xenotees, a Philadelphia studio I've been running since 2008. Over the years I've designed hundreds of original graphics, built a recognizable brand from scratch, and learned every technical corner of preparing artwork for print production.

Now I'm offering those skills to other businesses, makers, and organizations who need design work done right — by someone who has actually printed the things she designs.

What I Offer

Logo Design & Branding Original logo design and brand identity for small businesses, startups, makers, and organizations. I work in a range of styles — clean and modern, hand-drawn and artisanal, bold and graphic — and deliver files ready for print, web, and embroidery. If you're starting something new or need a refresh, let's talk.

Screen Printing Artwork & Separations This is where I'm genuinely different from most designers. I've been screen printing my own work for nearly 20 years — which means I know exactly how to prepare artwork that will actually print well. Spot color separations, halftone builds, underbase setups, simulated process work. If you're a band, a brand, or a printer who needs clean print-ready art, I can deliver files your printer will love.

Social Media Graphics Consistent, on-brand graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and beyond. Whether you need templates you can update yourself or a steady stream of original graphics, I can help you show up professionally online without spending your whole day in Canva.

Product Packaging & Labels Label design, hang tags, box art, and packaging for small businesses and product makers. I understand print specifications and production requirements, which means fewer back-and-forth rounds with your printer and faster turnaround from concept to press-ready files.

Who I Work With

I love working with people who care about what they're making. My best clients tend to be:

  • Small businesses and startups who want original design, not a template
  • Bands and musicians who need merch artwork or promotional graphics that actually represent their sound
  • Other screen printers and apparel brands who need quality art separations from someone who speaks the language
  • Nonprofits and community organizations who need design work done with care on a reasonable budget

I work with clients in Philadelphia and remotely across the US.

Why Work With Me

I'm not a design agency. I'm one person with nearly two decades of experience designing things that actually get made. I know what works in print, what works on screen, and how to make something that feels genuinely yours rather than something that looks like it came off a template shelf.

My work is original, my turnaround is honest, and I communicate clearly throughout every project. If something isn't working I'll tell you, and if you have a vision I'll do my best to bring it to life.

You can see my design work throughout Xenotees — every product in the shop started as my original artwork.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with clients outside of Philadelphia? Yes — I work with clients remotely across the US. Most of my design work is done digitally and delivered by file, so location isn't a barrier for most projects.

Do you design screen printing separations for other printers? Yes — this is one of my specialties. I've been preparing artwork for screen printing for nearly 20 years and understand spot color separations, halftone builds, underbase setups, and simulated process work. If you're a printer or a brand that needs print-ready art, I can deliver files that work.

What file formats do you deliver? I deliver print-ready files in whatever format your printer or vendor requires — typically AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG/TIFF. Just let me know what you need.

Do you do custom artwork for screen printed merchandise? Yes — original custom artwork for t-shirts, totes, aprons, and other printed goods is squarely in my wheelhouse. If you're a band, a business, or a brand looking for merch art, reach out.

What is your typical turnaround time? Turnaround varies by project complexity. Logo projects typically take 1–2 weeks. Art separations and smaller graphic projects can often be turned around faster. I'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront before we start.

How do I get started? Just reach out through my contact page with a brief description of your project — what you need, your timeline, and any relevant details. I'll follow up within 1–2 business days.
